Lead the evolution of Empower’s digital brokerage and investing experience across Stock Plan Services, brokerage capabilities, and connected financial platforms.
What you'll do
- Refine the vision and roadmap for digital brokerage and investing experiences.
- Define product strategy across Personal Dashboard, OptionTrax, NetX Investor, and native brokerage capabilities.
- Own stock plan participant experiences including equity awards, holdings, transactions, and account journeys.
- Translate complex brokerage, equity compensation, regulatory, and technology requirements into intuitive experiences.
- Partner with engineering, design, research, operations, compliance, business teams, and external providers.
- Measure adoption, engagement, satisfaction, transaction behavior, and asset retention.
- Lead product work from discovery and strategy through launch, measurement, and iteration.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience building complex digital consumer financial products.
- Direct experience with digital brokerage, Stock Plan Services, equity compensation, or investing products.
- Strong understanding of brokerage customer experiences including account opening, funding, trading, and portfolios.
- Experience owning the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, communication, customer orientation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of directly relevant Stock Plan Services, brokerage, or investing experience.
- Experience with equity compensation products such as restricted stock, stock purchase plans, or stock options.
- Experience integrating third-party brokerage, clearing, custody, or stock plan infrastructure.
- Fintech experience or knowledge of emerging investing and brokerage trends.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Details
- Nationwide remote position.
- Base salary: $114,000–$165,300 yearly.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
