Senior Business Technology Product Manager- Supply Chain Planning

Overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for defining, building, and scaling the technology ecosystem supporting end-to-end supply chain operations. The role covers product strategy, enterprise architecture, process transformation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, architecture, roadmap, and investment priorities for supply chain technology.
• Own product capabilities across planning, procurement, order management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
• Design future-state processes, workflows, system requirements, and integration patterns.
• Lead architecture, technology evaluations, vendor assessments, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Identify and deliver AI, automation, predictive analytics, and optimization solutions.
• Manage product delivery from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Define and track KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, cycle time, automation rate, and cost savings.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain, Solutions Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience owning a functional domain or enterprise systems portfolio.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise systems, integrations, and process automation.
• Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics in operational contexts.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and target-state architecture.
• Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, advanced planning, Salesforce, cloud, data, and integration platforms.
• Experience building AI agents, MCP integrations, AI copilots, RAG applications, or LLM workflows.
• MBA or master's degree in a relevant field.

• Remote position for candidates residing in the United States, with stated metro-area exclusions.
• Full-time position.
• Annual base salary: $131,197.50–$198,450 USD.
