Sr. Product Manager, Driver Management

Overview

Lead the Driver Management product team and own the platform that identifies and assigns drivers across commercial vehicles. Use AI, computer vision, voice agents, and machine learning to improve assignment accuracy and the driver experience.

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and north star metric for the driver management platform.
• Work with customers and drivers to make assignment seamless and efficient.
• Define and optimize computer vision, machine learning, and voice-agent solutions.
• Set success metrics and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver technically complex platform solutions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping products used by end users at scale.
• Strong analytical skills for decomposing metrics and prioritizing solutions.
• Technical depth to partner with machine learning engineers on models and architecture.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with computer vision, facial recognition, or voice/audio products.
• Growth, funnel optimization, or marketplace experience.
• Platform product management experience.

• Remote position open to candidates residing in the United States.
• Full-time employment.
• Annual base salary: $116,322–$195,500 USD.
