Overview
Own the end-to-end product strategy, hardware platform, security workflows, integrations, compliance, quality, cost, and commercial performance for the MetaDefender Kiosk Desktop product line.
What you'll do
- Own the vision, roadmap, requirements, packaging, competitive position, and lifecycle for the kiosk hardware line.
- Lead hardware platform decisions covering design, components, cost, reliability, and serviceability.
- Drive certification, compliance, telemetry, fleet management, and Central Management integration.
- Translate security technologies into simple operator workflows and reduce deployment and support effort.
- Equip sales, partners, and field teams with positioning, demos, collateral, and launch readiness.
- Own product quality, customer feedback, revenue, pipeline, win rate, margin, and installed-base growth.
- Visit customer sites and collaborate with engineering, QA, manufacturing, supply chain, support, sales, and customers.
What you'll need
- Five or more years of product management experience.
- Proven ownership of a technically sophisticated product from strategy through delivery, adoption, and growth.
- Direct experience with hardware-and-software products, including cost, quality, and manufacturing readiness.
- Experience with regulatory certification and supply-chain provenance requirements.
- Technical fluency in hardware architecture, Windows and Linux, networking, APIs, security, performance, logs, and enterprise management.
- Demonstrated use of AI and agentic tools for research, prototyping, analysis, testing, documentation, and engineering collaboration.
- Professional fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, OT, or industrial environments.
- Experience with security appliances, removable media security, or edge computing.
- Experience with hardware development, manufacturing, supply chain, or failure analysis.
- Experience with FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, or IEC 62443 certifications.
- Experience with centralized device management, malware prevention, file security, or enterprise security software.
