Senior Product Manager - Platform Integrations

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Platform Integrations at Payoneer, focused on making Payoneer capabilities available programmatically via APIs and AI-native MCP interfaces and moving MCP from proof-of-concept to production.

What you'll do

• Take MCP to production by exposing capabilities like balance, transactions, payouts, and FX for AI agents to call.
• Partner with Account Security and Core Foundations on auth, governance, and a secure read-first rollout.
• Turn API access into a growth lever by owning end-to-end strategy to reduce onboarding time and barriers.
• Own API-integrations execution threads: self-serve onboarding, developer experience, and API governance.
• Synthesize signals from CSM, Sales, and regional GTM teams into a prioritized, evidence-backed roadmap.
• Lead cross-functionally across Risk, Security, Legal, Pricing, and Engineering to unblock launches and deliver outcomes.

What you'll need

• 6+ years in product management, including owning API, platform, developer-facing, or integration products.
• Technical fluency to discuss REST APIs, webhooks/events, OAuth/authentication, SDKs, and integration architecture.
• Proven ability to take an ambiguous, unowned area and deliver strategy, roadmap, and shipped product independently.
• Track record building self-serve or developer experiences and improving measurable adoption and time-to-value.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership aligning Risk, Security, Legal, GTM, and Engineering on shared outcomes.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills using data and defining metrics where none exist.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and be based in India with ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate across global time zones.
