Senior Project Engineer

Overview

Senior Project Engineer responsible for planning and managing construction resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

What you'll do

• Monitor work progress against the master project schedule.
• Oversee execution at site to align with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure contractor methods and standards are workable and adhered to on site.
• Manage site documentation and report critical and super-critical activities to the client.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, prevent delays, and escalate abnormal progress/safety/quality/resource developments.
• Support QA/QC and contractor safety standards, including job safety analysis support.
• Track procurement and administer contracts, including dispute/differences assistance.

What you'll need

• Have a B.E in Civil.
• Have 5 to 10 years of experience in buildings.
• Have technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Have outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
• Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
