Senior Project Leader Software for embedded software programs at the hardware-software intersection.

What you'll do

• Lead embedded software project execution for device driver development.
• Manage project timelines and cross-functional teams.
• Handle architectural risks related to low-level hardware abstraction.
• Manage dependencies blocked until silicon, prototypes, or HIL simulators are ready.
• Define alternative project timelines when custom chips/samples arrive late or have physical defects.
• Coordinate specialized engineers across application layer and hardware abstraction layer.
• Blend Agile iteration with Waterfall milestones aligned to tape-outs and manufacturing deadlines.

What you'll need

• 8+ years total embedded systems experience.
• At least 3+ years in a technical leadership or project management role.
• Experience designing, developing, and debugging device drivers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
• Preferred: PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
