Project Manager

Overview

Lead EV energy and charging software architecture and deliver the work end-to-end from India within the CARIAD COE in Bangalore, managing a team of engineers.

What you'll do

• Lead EV Energy and Charging software architecture, including High voltage Energy & power management and Charging System functions.
• Act as the technical escalation point.
• Own end-to-end delivery from India.
• Manage resources, milestones, and global coordination.
• Lead and develop 5~10 engineers.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and hiring.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434.
• Drive Agile / SAFe execution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
• 7~10 years total experience.
• Embedded C/C++.
• MATLAB Simulink.
• AUTOSAR.
• RTOS.
• CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
• Good technical depth, global collaboration skills, mentoring mindset, and experience working in matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Powertrain Application SW development, preferably in the EV Domain.
