Senior Project Manager, Quantitative

Overview

Own the full lifecycle of global market research projects for healthcare clients, from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, as the primary client contact in a remote-first Client Services team.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple global market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, delivering on time, on budget, and to scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, clarifying objectives, managing expectations, and providing proactive recommendations throughout the engagement.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep projects moving while surfacing opportunities to expand or deepen client partnerships.
• Partner with Sales and Research to build compelling proposals, pricing, and feasibility assessments.
• Oversee survey programming, translations, data collection, third party vendor management and field reporting.
• Implement best practices that protect data integrity and raise the bar on accuracy, reporting quality, and client satisfaction.
• Track budgets, manage costs, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing and financial processing.
• Align internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across time zones and functions.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 5-7+ years of market research project management experience in a client-facing role.
• Prior healthcare experience.
• Professional-level English (verbal and written).
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate needs into action and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong relationship builder with a focus on outcomes, responsiveness, and long-term value creation.
• Proficiency with market research tools, methodologies, and project management systems (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS, Excel, etc.).
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Resourceful and data-driven; able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience.
