Overview
Senior Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and operationalize LLM prompt systems for BOLD’s consumer career tools, focusing on safe, personalized, and reliable outputs.
What you'll do
- Design, prototype, and iterate complex system prompts and few-shot exemplars for consumer AI experiences (e.g., resume adaptation, personalization, real-time feedback).
- Translate product requirements into technical prompt specifications while optimizing for latency and API costs.
- Architect evaluation frameworks (automated, heuristic, and human-in-the-loop) to benchmark and guardrail against hallucination, bias, and tone drift.
- Build standardized prompt frameworks with version-control workflows and operational playbooks for distributed teams.
- Monitor GenAI developments (OSS models, architectures, prompt techniques) to improve product performance and model throughput.
- Manage prompt deployment pipelines in a continuous integration environment.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional experience with language technologies, computational linguistics, or software product development.
- 2+ years shipping LLM-backed consumer features to production across the prompt development lifecycle and automated eval prompts.
- Mastery of advanced prompt engineering techniques including few-shot, chain-of-thought, ReAct, and prompt chaining.
- Deep familiarity with LLM evaluation tools/frameworks such as RAGAS, LangSmith, TruLens, or custom heuristic testing.
- Fluent English (C1) with strong written and verbal communication.
- Periodic availability in the late afternoon (up to 7:00 PM Polish time).
