What you'll do
- Test HR system integrations and AI-powered chat and voice assistants for enterprise customers.

- Ask the right questions and point out what is missing when requirements are unclear.
- Run tests through CI/CD pipelines.
- Work directly with clients and external stakeholders.
- Work in shifts to overlap with client time zones, as per project needs.

- Good coding in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
- Ability to run tests through CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Comfortable with Git: branches, pull requests, code reviews.
- Ability to tell whether the app is broken or the script is broken when a test fails.
- Hands-on with REST APIs: checking requests and responses, status codes, headers, authentication, JSON.
- Ability to think of useful API test scenarios, not just fire requests.
- Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
- Clear and confident in both writing and speaking.
- Ability to explain an issue to a developer and to a non-technical client, in the right language for each.
- Digs into why something failed, not just that it failed.
Nice to have

- Testing document-grounded bots: identifying wrong document selection or wrong answers from the right document.
- Basic awareness of AI risks: prompt injection, data leaks, PII handling.
- Experience with or willingness to learn LLM testing tools (DeepEval, Ragas, Promptfoo, Giskard).
- Ability to read basic Python.
- TestNG / JUnit.
- Jira or similar bug tracking tools.
- Using AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT to work faster on testing and automation.
