Senior Sales Executive

About the Job

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive on a Full-time basis with OnSite work flexibility. In this role, you will own key accounts, drive end-to-end revenue growth, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. You’ll lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closure—using a structured sales process to consistently meet and exceed targets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to track pipeline, activities, and outcomes.
• Drive sales and business development by identifying new prospects, qualifying leads, and expanding existing accounts.
• Own the sales process management cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution mapping, proposal development, and deal closure.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations with clear value propositions and tailored messaging.
• Negotiate commercial terms confidently, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare accurate proposals, forecasts, and reports.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and provide timely updates to support accurate forecasting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies to strengthen performance and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in B2B sales with proven command of the full sales cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes.
• Demonstrated sales process management skills, including pipeline building and forecasting discipline.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate value clearly to decision-makers.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Strong sales expertise with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Solid sales skills encompassing prospecting, qualification, closing, and relationship management.
