Senior Salesforce Developer - Pharma

Overview

Senior CRM Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for Azurity’s pharmaceutical commercial operations and pharma-specific engagement needs.

What you'll do

• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions for pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams.
• Define data models, integrations, workflows, and automation strategies to streamline processes.
• Customize multi-cloud Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Life Sciences/Health Cloud, and Experience/Marketing Cloud components.
• Build and optimize HCP/HCO engagement, field force automation, KOL management, rep support, sample tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Develop integrations with third-party pharma systems (e.g., IQVIA, Snowflake, sales enablement platforms) and ensure data flow.
• Lead stakeholder discovery and technical design workshops, and mentor Salesforce teams with standards, code reviews, and security audits.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience focused on LWC development, CRM design, and system integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, CRMA, Health Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Strong understanding of pharma workflows and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, and FDA.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party pharma tools such as IQVIA and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Omnistudio (Vlocity techstack), Apex, DevOps, LWC, Flows, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Strong background in data architecture, security, and governance with a focus on HIPAA and GDPR.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications including Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, AI Associate/AI Specialist, and Data Cloud Consultant.
