Salesforce Technical Lead

Overview

Salesforce Technical Lead / Salesforce Manager role to lead a team working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud, and advise business and technology stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud developers.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring solutions are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage priorities, resources, timelines, and client expectations across multiple engagements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Evaluate business challenges and recommend Salesforce solutions; present and explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Data Model, and Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD deployment methodologies, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and scalable design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
