Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer with C3 India, you will support project and Engineering teams with integrations, custom development, technical solution design, and production deployment planning and execution. You will apply Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities to turn business solutions into technical designs and contribute to solution delivery.

What you'll do

• Assist the Technical Architect with requirements requiring custom development, integrations or complex solutions; create and document the technical solution and work with Consultants on solution understanding and incorporation into the overall solution design.
• Work with the Technical Architect to identify risks, engage appropriate stakeholders to mitigate them, and execute technical actions.
• Complete highly complex custom development, execution and implementation using Apex, JavaScript, SOQL and Lightning component/development design.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to design backend, front-end or integration solutions while continuously improving development and release processes.
• Design and implement solutions that the Salesforce.com platform cannot support using Heroku, AWS and general-purpose languages such as Python or Node.js.
• Attend internal and external kickoff meetings and client cadence calls, as necessary.
• Write high-quality, resilient and testable custom code using Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and mentor new and junior Development team members.
• Play a key role in the Developer interviewing and onboarding process, as needed.
• Assist in managing the Salesforce Business Unit Framework, including using it, adding documentation and adding new features.
• Assist in building and managing AppExchange products.
• Plan and execute production deployments.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6 Years of experience.
• Familiarity with both the declarative and programmatic capabilities of Salesforce.com.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components and the Salesforce API suite.
• Creativity, strong front-end skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a very high quality of work while adhering to the company's best practices for working with data.
• Strong, dynamic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization, including clients and prospects.
• A positive-minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook.
• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with U.S.-based teams and clients.

Nice to have

• Multiple Salesforce certifications and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce, highly preferred.
