Senior Security Architect

Overview

Senior/Principal Cloud Security Architect role as a hands-on, customer-facing technical SME for the Genesys Global Security, Privacy & Compliance COE.

What you'll do

• Lead customer-facing security discussions covering Genesys Cloud architecture, penetration testing, vulnerability management, privacy, compliance, and AI security.
• Provide technical consulting mapping Genesys Cloud security capabilities and controls to customer security, regulatory, and risk requirements.
• Develop, validate, and present technical evidence for security effectiveness across identity and access, encryption/key management, network security, logging/monitoring, incident response, application security, and AI security.
• Deliver technical deep dives, security workshops, and executive briefings for technical and executive audiences.
• Own complex customer security/privacy/compliance matters and contractual security negotiations.
• Represent Genesys in strategic customer and partner engagements across APAC.

What you'll need

• Expert-level experience designing, implementing, assessing, or defending security architectures and controls for enterprise cloud or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on AWS security and cloud-native architectures experience plus distributed systems and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong vulnerability management and application security expertise including penetration testing and secure SDLC concepts.
• Proven experience with AI technologies and AI security including AI governance and AI risk management.
• Experience interpreting and defending technical security evidence, architecture diagrams, policies, and testing results.
• Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to technical and executive audiences, including excellent English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
