Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering software solutions for the Mastercard Send product team using agile methodologies.

What you'll do

• Design technical solutions that meet business requirements and Mastercard standards.
• Develop software solutions as part of a Scrum team.
• Collaborate with product teams and architects on product definition and technical design.
• Create design documents and proof of concepts.
• Conduct code reviews across multiple Scrum teams.
• Learn and contribute to the platform.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on expertise in Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on expertise in Web Services and Oracle SQL development.
• Good knowledge of UNIX.
• Knowledge of cloud-native development, such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Extensive experience designing and developing consumer-facing products.
