Senior Software Engineer Application Management

Overview

Serve as the functional and technical expert for Yardi Voyager 7s (Core, Investment Management, Fixed Assets and Property Management) and RENTCafe, handling user requests and acting as custodian of data inflow into Yardi.

What you'll do

• Work as functional cum technical expert for the latest version of Yardi Voyager 7s (Core, Investment Management, Fixed Assets and Property Management) and RENTCafe, and resolve requests and queries.
• Upload various ETLs from users into Yardi and serve as custodian of data inflow into Yardi.
• Provide access to new users and assign security roles.
• Resolve Yardi navigation, login, transaction errors and data-related issues.
• Take care of daily maintenance issues such as tasks and schedules.
• Participate and contribute meaningfully in new procedures, process changes and audit of the application.
• Directly interact with users to understand their requirements and reporting needs.
• Work effectively with different stakeholders and Senior Management to accomplish project objectives.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations.

What you'll need

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience on Yardi Voyager 7s or any other ERP application.
• Proficient knowledge of various modules and aspects of ERP.
• Experience in preparing dashboards, reports and presentations.
• Experience in data migration and acquisitions.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of real estate accounting, rental property management and Yardi implementation.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work with people across cultures, time zones and geographies; good team player with facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly.

Details

• Location: Bangalore. Candidates already residing in Bangalore are preferred, or should be willing to relocate.
• Standard shift timing is 12 noon to 9 pm, which may vary depending on business requirements.
