Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for building and scaling backend products that help advertisers and retailers measure, optimise and improve Retail Media campaign performance.

What you'll do

• Build and enhance customer-facing applications and platform capabilities.
• Design and develop scalable services, RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Improve software quality through testing, code reviews and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to technical discussions and engineering best practices.
• Improve platform performance, reliability and scalability.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience developing scalable software applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge across teams.
