Senior Software Engineer -Backend/Full Stack

Overview

Senior Software Backend Engineer on the Service Monetization Team, responsible for building and optimizing subscriptions and payments systems that support membership and revenue collection.

What you'll do

• Architect subscriptions and payments platform services.
• Build robust and reliable backend services.
• Optimize platform performance and user experience.
• Integrate with payment providers.
• Support payments fraud detection and prevention.
• Optimize systems to reduce passive churn.
• Maintain PCI-compliant, secure, distributed services.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of relevant software industry experience.
• Experience with Java, GoLang, Python, PHP, Typescript, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud technologies including API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, or ECS.
• Experience with PostgresDB, MariaDB, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
• Experience with on-call rotations.
• Experience with incident management.
• Ability to work in an Agile and collaborative environment.
