Overview
Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing scalable cloud platforms, services, and production-quality software using modern architectures and AI-native practices.
What you'll do
- Use AI-native practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop cloud platform frameworks and services.
- Build prototypes and convert them into production-quality features.
- Develop solutions for cloud-managed and serverless-first environments.
- Diagnose and resolve issues reported by internal teams and customers.
- Develop and promote unit, contract, and integration test suites.
- Support software engineers through coaching and technical guidance.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience developing highly scalable enterprise services, platforms, or products.
- Extensive experience building large-scale distributed enterprise applications.
- Deep backend expertise across Node.js, Java, Python, Redis, or Golang.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
Nice to have
- AWS experience.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience with data modeling, architecture, or governance.
- Experience integrating CRM or third-party systems.
- Experience with workflow orchestration or choreography patterns.
- Hands-on AI production experience.
