Senior Software Engineer - Data Engineering, Full Stack & BI

Overview

Designs and develops software solutions across the application stack, including front-end user interfaces and backend development, within limited parameters under regular supervision.

What you'll do

• Design and develop software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience.
• Work at all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interface and backend development.
• Analyze user requirements and needs and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.
• Support and may lead projects within own organization with limited complexity, including development of small to medium size system components.
• Ensure work meets quality standards with minimal revision.
• Review functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned.
• Provide peer support and help on-board new Associate Software Engineers to the team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Data Engineering and Integration: SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Cloud Databases, Cloud Architecture.
• Data Management: Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Governance.
• Full Stack Engineering: .NET, Full Stack Development, REST API Development, Java.
• Analytics and BI: Reporting, Data Analysis, BI Development, Data Modeling.

Nice to have

• Data Engineering and Integration: Snowflake, Databricks, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, DataStage, PySpark, Hive, Cloudera, AWS, Azure, PL/SQL, Python, Model N.
• Data Management: Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Data Governance (Collibra).
• Full Stack Engineering: Angular, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, TypeScript, NestJS, .NET API, C#.
• Analytics and BI: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, DAX.
