Senior Software Engineer - E3

Overview

Senior Software Engineer (E3) responsible for end-to-end delivery of high-scale web and mobile features, working across design, development, and deployment.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy high-scale web and mobile features end-to-end.
• Prioritize highest-ROI work and move quickly on key projects.
• Tackle large, complex software projects on aggressive timelines.
• Maintain peak team productivity by juggling multiple priorities.
• Partner with PMs and designers to choose simple, maintainable solutions.
• Improve quality through thoughtful code reviews and clear technical feedback.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years building and shipping high-traffic web or mobile apps in production.
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in React, Redux, and responsive design systems.
• Experience in system design and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and No-SQL databases.
• Experience with the stack (Python/Django, Celery, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, React Native) is preferred but not mandatory.
