Overview

What you'll do

• Lead active team delivery of product and engineering goals.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and reusable software systems.
• Contribute technically and mentor junior software engineers through best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to achieve high-priority initiatives.
• Strengthen software build practices via design/code reviews and quality/reliability/security/DevOps improvements.
• Identify and manage cross-team technical dependencies to accelerate outcomes.
• Refactor to reduce technical debt and maintain a long-term technical roadmap.

What you'll need

• Experience with reasonably large, high-availability software systems operating at scale.
• Experience with modern full-stack web application technologies.
• Modern front-end experience on Next.js/React.js/Angular/TypeScript.
• Backend development experience with .Net or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Sense of technical leadership through decision-making, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
