Senior Software Engineer I

Overview

Delivers moderately complex, production-quality software within a defined product or service scope. Translates business requirements into secure, maintainable systems and contributes to engineering quality, operational health, and team capability.

What you'll do

• Design and build secure, resilient, maintainable software systems.
• Translate requirements into feasible tasks and scalable solutions.
• Develop modern web applications and cloud-native services.
• Monitor systems and contribute to incident response and post-mortems.
• Reduce technical debt and improve system stability.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional engineering partners.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers through reviews and pair programming.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering complex global multi-tenant production systems.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and SQL.
• Experience with system design, APIs, DDD, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with React, Vite, REST, and GraphQL.
• Experience building and operating applications on AWS.
• Knowledge of testing, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Secure SDLC, and observability.
