Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow HRSD and EC Pro

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role focused on implementing and operating ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center Pro solutions within a DevOps team.

What you'll do

• Implement and operate supported solutions in the DevOps team.
• Develop and maintain high-quality HRSD solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD features including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Implement and optimize Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) for employee experiences.
• Configure HR workflows, integrations, and case routing mechanisms.
• Ensure integration of HRSD with enterprise systems and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in HRSD and EC Pro in global enterprises.
• Deep experience with HRSD modules and EC Pro.
• Sound JavaScript development knowledge with object-oriented programming and class design concepts.
• Experience with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP/PowerShell.
• Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems.
