Overview
Software Engineer II role developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Windows-based applications and software components using modern C++ and C#.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and applications.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
- Develop and troubleshoot modules using Visual Studio and Windows operating system fundamentals.
- Manage source control with GitHub, including branches, pull requests, merges, rebasing, and code reviews.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Configure builds and dependencies with CMake, Conan, and NuGet.
- Write unit tests with Google Test and perform root cause analysis and defect resolution.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics, information technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- 8–10 years of professional software development experience using C++ and C#.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience developing applications in Windows environments with Visual Studio.
- Experience with GitHub source control, code reviews, pull requests, merging, and rebasing.
- Experience with CMake, Conan, NuGet, and Google Test.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare, automotive, aerospace, or industrial systems.
- Familiarity with SonarQube, CodeScene, C++ linting, software architecture patterns, secure coding, Agile/Scrum, and deployment practices.

- Office-based role in Bangalore.
- Office-based teams work in person at least 3 days per week.
