Senior Solutions Architect, Managed Service Providers

Overview

Lead the technical development of Everpure's global Managed Service Provider practice, from defining the go-to-market proposition to winning partner-led opportunities. Partner with MSP architects and end customers on service architecture, commercial models, and technical sales.

What you'll do

• Lead MSP opportunities through discovery, solution design, sizing, competitive positioning, proof of concepts, and technical close.
• Define architectures covering multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operations, and stack integration.
• Model unit economics, cost per tenant, Evergreen//One, and consumption models.
• Position the FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, and Everpure Data Intelligence platform against competitors.
• Build technical relationships with MSP architects, practice leads, and CTOs.
• Share MSP requirements with the global programme and Product Management.
• Create reusable reference architectures, sizing guides, and service blueprints.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• A record of winning partner-led business.
• Direct MSP experience, including managed-service building, pricing, operations, and sales.
• Knowledge of block, file, and object data-platform architecture.
• Experience with hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes, and storage-as-a-service models.
• Fluency in consumption economics, total cost of ownership, and margin.
• Strong written, diagrammatic, and verbal communication skills.
