Overview

Senior Solutions Architect focused on Workplace and UCC, consulting clients and aligning internal teams to define strategies and architectural visions for complex solutions.

What you'll do

• Consult with clients and collaborate with internal teams to define solution strategies and architectures.
• Develop complex UCC solution architectures across business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
• Design and evaluate multi-vendor solutions and present them to clients.
• Identify alternative architectures and assess trade-offs in cost, performance, and scalability.
• Prepare customer proposals, including effort estimation, costing, pricing input, and commercially viable descriptions.
• Support change programs with technical plans that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
• Coach and mentor Junior Solution Architects.

What you'll need

• At least 10 years of professional technical experience in Workplace and UCC solutions.
• Experience with multi-vendor UCC solutions using Alcatel-Lucent, Microsoft, and AudioCodes technologies.
• Experience presenting and demonstrating solutions to clients.
• Specialist knowledge of configuration and quoting tools from Alcatel-Lucent, Microsoft, AudioCodes, and other vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
