Senior Specialist, AEM Sites Developer

Overview

Senior Specialist, AEM Sites Developer (based in Hyderabad) to design, develop, and maintain governed web experiences on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

What you'll do

• Own AEM Sites component architecture and template standards aligned to design system guidelines.
• Enable structured content delivery using Content Fragments and GraphQL.
• Develop front-end experiences using HTL, JavaScript, and CSS aligned with AEM best practices.
• Integrate Content Fragment models from AEM Assets into AEM Sites and support headless/hybrid delivery via AEM GraphQL API.
• Support development of compliant digital tactics (including IVAs) for regulated contexts.
• Manage AEM Sites deployments in an AEMaaCS environment using Adobe Cloud Manager and optimize Dispatcher/CDN performance.

What you'll need

• 7–8+ years of experience in AEM development focused on AEM Sites and component/template architecture.
• Proficiency in AEM component development including HTL, Java/Sling Models, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AEM Core Components and editable template architecture.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Cloud Manager deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
