Senior Specialist , Technology Partnership

Overview

Hands-on individual contributor who deploys, supports and scales digital capabilities in-market, executing local readiness, training, adoption and hypercare activities under the market activation plan.

What you'll do

• Capture and clarify user needs; document user stories and feed them into established intake and governance mechanisms.
• Execute local activation tasks by coordinating readiness checklists, stakeholder touchpoints and data preparation in line with the activation plan.
• Organize and deliver user training, demos and materials; support onboarding and sustained usage behaviors.
• Provide first-line support during rollout and hypercare, manage issue logs, and liaise with IT run/support and product teams to resolve problems.
• Track basic adoption and usage signals and user feedback; escalate risks, adoption barriers and unmet needs.
• Ensure local training, access and documentation steps are completed and maintain evidence of local approvals and training where required.
• Act as in-market eyes and ears; collect pain points and best practices and contribute to reusable playbooks and FAQs.
• Act as the Designated Point of Contact towards local authorities while connecting to and mobilizing relevant regional and global teams.

What you'll need

• Typically 5+ years of experience in technology-related roles (business analyst, implementation specialist, digital project coordination) in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with commercial digital platforms (CRM, content tools, BI dashboards) and AI; ability to learn configuration and admin basics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, issue logs and deployment tasks.
• Strong communication skills; confidence training and supporting end users and translating between business needs and technical updates.
