Senior SRE

Overview

Senior DevOps/SRE role responsible for operational excellence, cloud operations, and reliability for modernized SaaS applications delivered by the AI Factory.

What you'll do

• Provide 24x7 coverage via a rotating on-call schedule for OpCo modernized SaaS platforms.
• Act as Tier 1 SRE, managing day-to-day cloud operations on AWS and Azure.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing for performance and availability.
• Respond to security incidents and operational events using established runbooks.
• Plan, test, and execute disaster recovery procedures to meet defined RTO/RPO targets.
• Use Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to automate operational environments and reduce toil.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, and/or Site Reliability Engineering focused on production SaaS.
• Hands-on, dual-cloud experience operating production workloads on both AWS and Azure.
• Demonstrated hands-on mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform (required).
• Fluency with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code or similar (required).
• Hands-on mastery of cloud-native monitoring, logging, and tracing with SLAs/SLOs.
• Demonstrated experience in on-call rotations, incident response, and disaster recovery.
