What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the PIM strategy aligned with domain architects and business objectives.
• Own the PIM backlog and roadmap based on business strategy and priorities.
• Develop and manage PIM metrics and track KPIs to provide insights to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent product information.
• Derive and prioritize PIM services from a product data governance framework and stakeholder strategy.
• Optimize PIM procedures for creation, updates, and deletion to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product information management, product data management, or master data management in the manufacturing industry.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product information management principles and practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering product increments in an agile-to-hybrid environment; ideally scrum or SAFe certified.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
