Overview
As a Technical Product Owner (VP), you will maximize product value by leading vision, roadmap, and backlog for a data intelligence platform, coordinating delivery teams to build the right features.
What you'll do
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities to delivery teams.
- Author, refine, and prioritize user stories and the product backlog.
- Participate in Agile events including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure alignment of product features with business goals and customer needs.
- Own roadmap execution for your product area/sub-journey using continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and using customer feedback and market research.
- Assess product performance using KPIs and iterate the backlog and roadmap accordingly.
What you'll need
- Experience owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for a data intelligence platform, including ingestion and integration.
- Ensure data quality and correctness to support AI/ML use cases and meaningful insights.
- Translate ambiguous financial/operational requirements into clear prioritized engineering work.
- Coordinate multiple data engineering teams, including sequencing, acceptance criteria, and removing blockers.
- Collaborate with domain stakeholders to capture reconciliation rules, control requirements, and audit needs.
- Define and track metrics including match rates, break aging, time-to-resolution, data freshness, and pipeline reliability.
