What you'll do

• Define and own strategic platform domains, including vision, objectives, and measurable business outcomes.
• Translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps aligned to customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and technology investments.
• Lead complex product discovery to validate customer problems and define innovative solutions.
• Drive product strategy and execution across multiple agile pods and product backlogs.
• Set product requirements, success metrics, and investment priorities for platform initiatives.
• Lead AI technology adoption across the disputes product lifecycle, including intelligent processing and workflow automation.
