Business Analyst - Director - Change, Analytics and Strategy

Overview

Director-level Business Analyst role in Client Onboarding Regulatory Data Services (Change, Analytics & Strategy) focused on enterprise data strategy and data quality transformation.

What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert and propose and implement improvements/changes.
• Coordinate processes, risks, and/or projects, and act as a key problem solver.
• Shape and prioritise the Data Quality Squad roadmap across governance, remediation, automation, reporting, and preventive controls.
• Analyse data quality issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable, risk-based solutions.
• Implement data quality controls and governance frameworks covering metadata, ownership, stewardship, lineage, and operating procedures.
• Plan UAT, coordinate cross-functional testing, manage defects, and support implementation readiness.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, metadata, and controls.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional Operations and Technology teams.
• Practical proficiency in Power BI, UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Alteryx, Python, or SQL.
• Ability to facilitate diverse stakeholder groups and deliver senior-management reporting.
