Senior Financial Data Analyst

Overview

The Senior Financial Data Analyst (IC4) in SimCorp’s Data Management team delivers high-quality market and reference data for global clients across asset classes.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end financial data including pricing and reference data maintenance per agreed SLAs.
• Run advanced data quality checks and analyze unexpected data behavior.
• Investigate complex data issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, operational procedures, and functional guidelines.
• Support UAT activities including test execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support client onboarding with data setup, validation, and readiness checks.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide daily activities.

What you'll need

• Typically 4–6 years of experience.
• Experience analyzing and validating financial data for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams for data integration and issue resolution.
• Capacity to contribute to improving data processes and controls for efficiency and service delivery.
