Overview
Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain Solutions, supporting ILMS, E&O, and Master Data Management solutions and partnering with business, sites, and IT to resolve issues and enable migrations.
What you'll do
- Provide functional support for ILMS 1.1, ILMS 2.0, E&O, and MDM solutions.
- Resolve application, reporting, data, and business-logic queries within SLAs for global sites.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and business process adherence across supported applications.
- Gather and document business requirements from global stakeholders and produce BRDs and functional specifications.
- Support enhancement requests by recommending solution improvements and participating in design reviews.
- Support migration and integration activities, including validation, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Log and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive solutions.
What you'll need
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory, E&O, Supplier Liability, and Master Data processes.
- Experience with ILMS, E&O, ERP (BAAN/LN), MDM platforms, and supply chain applications.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, MSTR, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, UAT, and application support processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
