Sr. Specialist - Regulatory Affairs - Operations 4C

Overview

Senior Specialist in Regulatory Affairs (Operations), responsible for validating regulatory and internal reporting requirements and managing reporting operations end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Lead, review, and validate regulatory reports and internal reports requirements prepared by a consultant.
• Serve as the operational link between the reporting execution team and senior leadership.
• Oversee data sourcing, mapping, and reporting logic to meet approved requirements and reporting standards.
• Review data quality rules, assess material exceptions, and ensure escalation and remediation actions.
• Perform/review user acceptance testing (UAT) for regulatory reports and ensure issue resolution before sign-off.
• Manage reporting timelines, dependencies, and coordination across teams for on-time deliverables.
• Maintain change management oversight by ensuring report changes are documented, justified, and approved.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Healthcare, or Pharmacy, or a master’s degree in Public Health or Regulatory Affairs.
• Hold one of the listed certifications: CCO (Vskills), CPA (Perfekt Szolnok), or CRCM (IARCP).
• Bring client relations and collaboration skills.
• Use data analytics and executive presence.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Azure and lean six sigma (LSS).
• Have advanced English proficiency (C1) and language listed as English (Required).
• Have people leadership experience.
