Overview

Sr Associate – IT Business Analyst focused on healthcare/pharma/tech advisory and IT consulting, helping clients analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications, data mappings, and analytics/reporting support.

What you'll do

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Perform data discovery, querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of large healthcare datasets.
• Document functional requirements, data definitions, lineage, and business rules for analytics and reporting.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to business KPIs.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain (Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits).
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on SQL expertise.
• BE/BTech or MBA education.

Nice to have

• Certification in Business analyst.
