SAP Functional FICO SME

Overview

Role for a SAP Functional FICO SME responsible for delivering and improving SAP Finance solutions that support finance platforms for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accounting operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality software solutions for SAP Finance and Accounting domains.
• Ensure delivered code/solutions are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and integration needs.
• Adopt and support SAP finance processes across Run-the-Bank (RTB) and Build-the-Bank (BTB) initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement, standard SAP process adoption, data quality, automation, and service resilience.
• Follow secure coding practices and unit testing practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and improve reliability.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk control activities and strengthen controls.

What you'll need

• Experience end-to-end supporting and delivering SAP Finance and Accounting solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and banking processes.
• Experience with IFRS16 lease accounting and regulatory/statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience with business process analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Stakeholder management experience across Finance, Treasury, Risk, Audit, and Technology teams.
