Overview

Key Account Operational Excellence Associate (Fixed Term Contract) provides executive support and report generation for Sales Operations. The role improves reporting tools and analysis, ensures accurate data, and supports stakeholders with strategic account performance insights.

What you'll do

• Conduct complex or atypical analyses to support evaluation and planning.
• Improve and create systems, methods, and tools for analysis and reporting.
• Identify emerging trends to improve work methods, processes, or flows.
• Resolve issues affecting information systems reporting and optimize report formats.
• Act as a subject matter expert for existing reporting tools and support report consolidation.
• Administer BIA applications and maintain a departmental database and SQL operations.
• Update weekly activity reports and perform regular application updates for current information.

What you'll need

• Detail orientation to ensure accurate work at the appropriate level of detail.
• Ability to address and resolve issues impacting information systems reporting.
• Skills in soliciting and gathering information using appropriate techniques.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and the ability to identify issues.
• Knowledge of technology impacts and ability to recognize technological barriers.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions and Microsoft Access.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) in Information Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with VBA.
