Overview

Data Product Owner responsible for shaping and delivering semantic data models for Snowflake-based HR analytics and self-service insights.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and governance of semantic data models for enterprise-wide HR analytics.
• Translate stakeholder needs into business and functional requirements for data products and semantic models.
• Partner with engineering teams to guide solution design and validate technical feasibility.
• Support testing and validation, including scenario definition and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate change-management and rollout, including documentation, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement to keep data products accurate and aligned to HR needs.
• Analyze data quality issues, triage defects, and collaborate to resolve issues and improve data quality.

What you'll need

• Experience translating business needs into requirements for data or analytics products.
• Ideally experience with cloud data platforms or Snowflake environments.
• Ability to work with technical teams on data design, semantic-modeling concepts, testing approaches, and solution validation.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders to gather feedback and balance competing needs.
• Understanding of data governance principles, data quality expectations, and scalable semantic model design.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
