Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for building and supporting reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards, data models, and data pipelines.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, maintain, and support BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data extracts, data models, and analytical datasets.
• Support ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines using Databricks and enterprise data platforms.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for operational improvement.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support UAT, production deployments, release validation, and ongoing support.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and large datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
