Senior Statistical Programmer II

Overview

Senior Statistical Programmer II in AstraZeneca’s Oncology Biometrics Programming, supporting statistical programming for clinical development and related analysis/reporting processes.

What you'll do

• Provide statistical programming support and/or lead activities for analysis and reporting at project/study level.
• Develop clinical study reports as part of statistical programming deliverables.
• Support regulatory submissions using statistical programming aspects of clinical development.
• Contribute to commercialization and scientific utilization of AstraZeneca data for products.
• Lead studies or activities in clinical trials for programming deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders including Oncology TA and submission-related work.

What you'll need

• Understand technical and regulatory requirements for programming in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• At least 3 years industry experience with a master’s, or 5+ years with a bachelor’s.
• Advanced-level SAS programming expertise within clinical drug development.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and lead/work on concurrent studies and activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements for the programming work.
• Good knowledge of CDISC standards and best industry practices.
• Extensive verbal and written communication skills to influence team members.
