Manager - Talent Acquisition

Overview

Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions across the South region, including campus hiring.

What you'll do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding transitions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the South region in India.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, professional networking platforms, industry events, employee referrals, and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct screenings and assessments for technical competencies and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate calibration discussions for consistent evaluation.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards with bi-weekly analytics and hiring metrics updates.
• Negotiate compensation packages and support Early Career Program initiatives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience with progression in search scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of filling diverse roles across multiple functions and meeting or exceeding targets and quality metrics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating value to candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management experience influencing senior leaders and managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to support campus recruitment and occasional travel across the South region.
