Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist role focused on full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience within the People Operations team.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management.
• Handle high-volume candidate management across multiple requisitions.
• Source and network with passive and active candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through online and offline employer branding.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and requirements.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management.
