Internal Communications & Brand Specialist

Overview

Internal Communications & Brand Specialist to develop employee-focused stories and run internal communication campaigns, while supporting employer brand and external communications.

What you'll do

• Develop communication plans supporting business priorities, organizational change, and employee engagement.
• Translate business strategy and complex topics into clear employee-focused narratives.
• Own and maintain the site editorial calendar and internal communication channels.
• Draft executive communications including emails, blogs, articles, speeches, talking points, and leadership presentations.
• Create digital and visual content using PowerPoint, Canva, and related communication tools.
• Develop communication toolkits and manager cascade materials and support town halls and leadership visits via end-to-end communications.
• Measure communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements while coordinating multimedia assets with designers and partners when needed.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, or related roles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with communication materials and presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrix organization.
• Excellent project management skills balancing multiple priorities.
• Experience creating engaging digital and visual content using PowerPoint and Canva or similar tools.
• Ability to work with designer tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop is considered an advantage.
