Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles, build talent pipelines, and partner with business leaders to hire and onboard candidates.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
• Support industry-specific hiring across real estate functions including project management, construction, sales, leasing, and corporate support.
• Promote employer branding through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of real estate roles and industry dynamics.
• Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking.
