Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview

Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment and oversee a team of recruiters in a hybrid Delivery/Team Leader role.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs.
• Deliver recruitment campaigns against pre-determined KPIs.
• Develop recruitment attraction strategies to build a candidate pipeline.
• Produce performance reporting to support outcomes and decisions.
• Hold regular one-on-ones with recruiters to address roadblocks and solutions.
• Conduct interviews across levels and role types within domains and solution offerings.
• Develop social networking channels and promote Capco as employer of choice.
• Drive and support projects for the immediate team, recruitment function, and business.

What you'll need

• Prior financial services/IT/consulting/technical recruitment experience across domains.
• Proven success in an in-house recruitment role with extensive stakeholder management.
• Ability to demonstrate volume direct hiring delivery.
• Previous team management experience is required.
• Previous experience in an onsite/in-house role is essential.
• High-level aptitude in oral, written, and email communication.
• Aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking.
• Ability to work to multiple deadlines and multitask.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
